the Buddha Dated," "If the Buddha Married," and
"Finding Joy." She has an M.A. in Music from the University
of Michigan and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Ohio University.

Rustum Roy, Ph.D.
Newsweek has accurately described him as "the leading contrarian"
among U. S. scientists. The U.S. House of Representatives' Committee
on Science, Technology, and Research gave him its only standing
ovation in 16 years after one of his recent testimonies. Rustum
Roy is the only practicing prominent American scientist who has
studied and written critically about U. S. science policy from
the inside. His criticisms of U.S. policy, regarded as far out
a decade ago, are now called "prescient." Over nearly two decades,
he came to know most of the national leaders in complementary
(or alternative) Medicine and since 1998; he has championed the
scientific, social, and philosophical underpinning of the field.
He founded and Chairs, Friends of Health, a not for profit supporting
what he has called: "Whole Person Healing" where he is actively
studying its interface with science.
Ven. ZaChoeje Rinpoche
ZA is Emaho's spiritual advisor. In 1984 His Holiness the Fourteenth
Dalai Lama recognized him as the sixth reincarnation of ZaChoeje
Rinpoche, one of the highest Buddhist Lamas of Eastern Tibet.
At the age of 16, Rinpoche entered Drepung Loseling Monastery
and after 10 years of studies, graduated with the esteemed Geshe
Lharampa degree, equal to a Ph.D suma cum laude in Tibetan Buddhism.
Rinpoche then entered the Gyumed Tantric Monastery for further
study. Rinpoche first came to the United States in 1998 when His
Holiness asked him to lead the Mystical Arts of Tibet tour. Afterwards,
Rinpoche lectured on Tibetan culture and philosophy at Emory University
in Atlanta. Recently, at the Western Dharma Conference at Spirit
Rock Meditation Center, Rinpoche participated in panel discussions
led by His Holiness the Dalai Lama with several renowned teachers,
Sogyal Rinpoche, Gelek Rinpoche, Ram Dass, and Ven. Thubten Chodron.
Rinpoche is now living in Scottsdale to teach and complete a book
with Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross.
